摘  要:光电子技术具有应用性强、教学难度大等特点。在工程认证背景下,引入工程驱动教学法,将光电器件原理学习和器件开发相结合,基于Rsoft软件开展工程训练。以光开关设计为例,重点介绍基于有效差分光束传播法的光电器件设计和仿真过程,包括材料光电性能分析、波导设计、器件结构设计和任务评价等内容。在掌握基本理论知识的基础上,通过工程训练,学生可以自行开发设计光电器件,切实提高工程实践能力,为实现光电专业的工程认证奠定基础。The teaching of“optoelectronic technology”is difficult,which has the characteristics of strong application.Under the background of engineering education accreditation,the engineering driven teaching method is introduced.Combined with the principle learning of optoelectronic device and device development,the engineering training is developed based on Rsoft software.Taking the design of optical switch as an example,the design and simulation process of optoelectronic devices based on finite difference beam propagation method are mainly introduced,including performance analysis of optoelectronic materials,waveguide design,device structure design and task evaluation.On the basis of mastering the basic theoretical knowledge,students can develop and design optoelectronic devices by themselves through engineering training.It is an effective way to improve their engineering practice ability,and lay the foundation for the realization of engineering education accreditation.
