摘　　要：45K冷镦钢在冷镦成型时部分螺钉头部发生开裂。鉴此,对冷镦开裂螺钉试样及拉拔钢丝分别进行化学成分、金相组织、电镜能谱(EDS)等理化性能分析。结果表明:材料近表面存在皮下气泡是冷镦成型开裂的主要原因。The cracks occurred at the ends of bolts made from cold-heading steel 45K in the cold heading forging process.A series of tests of physical and chemical properties,such as chemical composition,metallographic structure,energy spectrum analysis on the cold heading cracking samples and drawn steel wire without cold heading were tested respectively.The results show that the existence of subsurface blowholes under the subsurface of the material is the main cause of cracking in the cold heading forging process.
