摘 要:随着汽车用钢需求量的日益增加及目标碳含量低于13×10^(-6)的要求,如何确保RH良好的脱碳速度成为精炼生产过程中重要研究课题。文章将结合DT0143D8钢种,围绕浸渍管内径大小、真空槽内冷钢管控、优化真空度,通过先行加碳工艺、优化环流气等措施,优化RH深脱碳工艺的研究方法,最终得到有效的缩短极低碳汽车板脱碳时间,脱碳效果显著提高。With the increasing demand for automotive steels and the requirement of target carbon content below 13ppm,how to ensure a good decarbonization rate of RHs has become an important research topic in the refining process.The research method of deep decarbonization process in RH has been optimized based on steel DT0143D8,including the inner diameter of impregnation tube,the control of cold steel tube in vacuum tank,the optimization of vacuum degree,the pre-carburization process,the optimization of circulation gas and other measures.Finally,the decarbonization time of extremely low carbon automobile plates will be effectively shortened and the decarbonization effect will be significantly improved.
