摘　　要：通过对球团产线工艺系统全面跟踪,进行有针对性的工业性试验调整,对关键工况数据测定,摸索确定最佳链篦机-回转窑-环冷机温度、压力参数。确定合理链篦机-回转窑-环冷机温度、压力目标参数后,针对影响目标参数实现的限制性因素,制定工艺优化方案,提升球团工序能力及产质量水平。The optimum temperature and pressure parameters of ring cooler for the grate rotary kiln are determined by tracking the process system of pellet production line,adjusting the industrial test and measuring the key working condition data.After determining the reasonable temperature and pressure target parameters of the ring cooler,the process optimization scheme is formulated to improve the pelleting process capacity and production quality level according to the limiting factors that affect the realization of target parameters.
