从科学战略演变看美国地质调查局科研领域的发展

摘　　要：美国地质调查局作为当今世界领先的地质调查机构之一,其前瞻性科学战略在一定程度上引领全球地质调查工作方向。本文系统梳理了美国地质调查局1996年至今发布的科学战略内容的演变,按照科学战略和研究领域的调整将这26年划分为三个阶段,对各阶段科研经费、研究领域和机构调整等方面的情况进行分析,总结了美国地质调查局的发展经验并对我国地质调查事业改革提出了相关建议。As one of advanced geological survey organizations in the world,the United States Geological Survey leads the global geological survey to some extent with its forward-looking science strategy.This paper systematically reviews the evolution of science strategies issued by the United States Geological Survey from 1996 to today.And this period can be divided into three stages according to the adjustment of science strategies and research areas.The paper analyzes situations of budget,research areas and organization adjustment of each stage.Furthermore,according to the development experience of the United States Geological Survey,it puts forwards some suggestions for the reform of China's geological survey.
