摘　　要：着重介绍了公路混凝土路面施工中一种集模板快速安装、混凝土浇筑、振捣及抹平等工序于一体的混凝土浇筑装置及操作方法。其方法是在混凝土浇筑面的两侧铺设铁轨,在铁轨上设置移动车架,移动车架安装混凝土进料斗并悬挂多个振动棒,移动车架两侧安装模板下料机构,便于作为模板木方的铺设,移动车架尾部设有自动抹平机构,能够在移动车架前行时控制两个抹平磨盘转动对混凝土进行抹平,结构合理有效,能够降低人工劳动强度,提高施工效率,为混凝土浇筑作业提供方便,具有良好的应用价值。This paper mainly introduces a concrete pouring device and its operation method in highway concrete pavement construction,which integrates the quick installation of formwork,concrete pouring,vibrating and plastering.The method is that rails are laid on both sides of the concrete pouring surface,a mobile frame is arranged on the rails,a concrete feeding hopper is installed on the mobile frame and a plurality of vibrating rods are hung,template discharging mechanisms are installed on both sides of the mobile frame,which is convenient for laying a template wood square,and an automatic smoothing mechanism is arranged at the tail of the mobile frame,which can control two smoothing millstones to rotate to smooth concrete when the mobile frame moves forward.Its structure is reasonable and effective,can reduce the intensity of manual labor,improve construction efficiency,provide convenience for concrete pouring operations,and have good application value.
