摘　　要：肌肉骨骼胚胎核蛋白1(Musculoskeletal Embryonic Nuclear Protein 1,MUSTN1)位于细胞核中,是一种小型核蛋白,在骨骼和肌肉中高表达,参与肌肉骨骼系统的发育和再生,对骨骼肌系统的生长和发育发挥着重要作用。本文综述了MUSTN1基因的启动子、组织表达与调控,以及其对肌肉、骨骼和其他性状的功能影响,为骨骼肌生长发育的调控机制研究提供基础。Musculoskeletal embryonic nuclear protein 1(MUSTN1),a small nuclear protein,is located in the nucleus,highly expresses in bone and muscle.It is involved in the development and regeneration of the musculoskeletal system and plays an important roles in the growth and development of skeletal muscle system.Here,we reviewed the promoter,tissue expression and regulation of MUSTN1 gene,as well as its effects on muscle,bone and other traits,which will provide a foundation for the study on molecular regulation mechanism of skeletal muscle growth and development.
