摘 要:磁致伸缩/压电复合材料在磁场探测领域极具应用前景,然而,瞬态磁场激励下复合材料的非线性磁电效应尚未明确。研究了FeGa/PZT圆柱体复合材料在瞬态磁场激励下的磁电响应特性。实验发现,在瞬态磁场激励下,复合材料输出电压存在阻尼振荡现象,且振荡周期为其固有周期;当瞬态磁场宽度为固有周期倍数时,阻尼振荡现象几乎消失。另外,研究了FeGa/PZT材料对瞬态磁场宽度和幅值的传感特性。结果表明,材料输出电压脉宽与瞬态磁场脉宽呈线性变化;复合材料对10μs、25μs宽度瞬态磁场幅值测量灵敏度分别为17.329 mV/Oe和24.405 mV/Oe。由此可知,FeGa/PZT材料在瞬态磁场测量领域有极大的应用前景。Magnetostrictive/piezoelectric composite has great prospects in the field of magnetic field detection.However,the nonlinear magnetoelectric effect of composite under transient magnetic field has not been clarified.In this paper,the magnetoelectric response characteristics of FeGa/PZT cylindrical composite driven by transient magnetic field are investigated.Experimental results show that the output voltage of the composite has a damped oscillation phenomenon,and the oscillation period equals to its natural period;when the transient magnetic field width is a multiple of the natural period,the damped oscillation phenomenon almost disappears.In addition,the sensing properties of FeGa/PZT composite to the width and amplitude of the transient magnetic field are also investigated.The results show that the width of the output voltage changes linearly with the width of the transient magnetic field.The composite has a sensitivity of 17.329 mV/Oe and 24.405 mV/Oe for the amplitude of 10μs and 25μs transient magnetic field,respectively.It can be seen that FeGa/PZT cylindrical composite has great prospects for transient magnetic field sensing.
