摘  要:显微成像系统在医学领域应用非常广泛,比如:细胞研究、病菌检测等方面。如今的商业化显微成像系统已经可以满足大多数医学研究和教学的需求,但这些设备普遍体积大、造价高。针对以上这些问题进行研究,设计一款小型化便携式的显微成像系统,采用LED作为光源,CMOS图像采集模块,ESP8266无线传输模块等,设计出一款可以实现平移台三维移动和远距离无线传输图片的明场显微成像系统。该系统具有体积小、造价便宜、无线传输、设计模型开源化等特点。经USAF 1951分辨率板进行性能测试,证明了系统的成像分辨率可达到2.19μm,可以满足采集细胞图像的要求。经实验证,证明了本系统可以实现对生物样本的采集。Microscopic imaging system is widely used in medical field,such as cell research,pathogen detection and so on.Nowadays,commercial microscopic imaging systems can meet the needs of most medical research and teaching,but these devices are generally bulky and costly.In view of these problems,a miniaturized and portable microscopic imaging system is designed,which uses LED as light source,CMOS image acquisition module,ESP8266 wireless transmission module,etc.,and designs a bright-field microscopic imaging system which can realize the three-dimensional movement of the translation stage and the infinite transmission of pictures at a long distance.The system has the characteristics of small size,low cost,wireless transmission and open source design model.The performance test with USAF 1951 resolution board proves that the imaging resolution of the system can reach 2.19 microns,which can meet the requirements of collecting cell images.The experimental results show that the system can collect biological samples.
