摘  要:为了提高膀胱障碍患者的治疗效果,提出一种基于低频电子脉冲的膀胱功能障碍治疗仪。首先,根据膀胱功能障碍治疗仪功能需求,对治疗仪整体方案进行设计,并结合国内外治疗设备参数指标和临床经验,对设计的治疗仪电刺激参数进行设定;其次,根据治疗仪整体设计方案,对其硬件和软件进行了详细设计,包括微控制器、电源和DAC转换等硬件,以及刺激波形生成、主控程序、按键处理程序等软件;最后,对刺激输出波形和电压升压电路进行了测试。结果表明,设计的膀胱功能障碍治疗仪治疗效果良好,具有一定的可行性。In order to improve the therapeutic effect of patients with bladder disorders,this paper presents a bladder dysfunction therapeutic instrument based on low frequency electronic pulse.Firstly,according to the functional requirements of the instrument for bladder dysfunction,the overall scheme of the instrument was designed.Combined with the parameters of the equipment and clinical experience at home and abroad,the parameters of the instrument for electrical stimulation were set.Secondly,according to the overall design scheme of the therapeutic instrument,the hardware and software are designed in detail,including microcontroller,DAC conversion,power supply and other hardware,as well as the main control program,stimulus waveform generation,key processing program and other software.Finally,the stimulus output waveform and the voltage boost circuit are tested experimentally.The results showed that the instrument of bladder dysfunction was effective and feasible.
