摘  要:文章旨在研究基于参数不确定条件下的齿轮弯曲疲劳可靠性计算及可靠性灵敏度分析。在应力比为0.04条件下进行弯曲疲劳试验,建立了齿轮S-N曲线及不同可靠度下的P-S-N曲线;虑及不确定性因素,基于应力-强度干涉模型,采用蒙特卡罗法对齿轮弯曲疲劳可靠度进行模拟计算,结果良好;结合可靠度模拟计算结果与灵敏度计算模型,得到了去除量纲后各项随机参数于不同可靠度下的均值灵敏度和方差灵敏度,结果表明,各均值灵敏度在不同可靠度下的正、负相关性并存且影响平缓;而在方差灵敏度中,除参数YF在各可靠度下均为负值且影响平缓以外,其余六参数在各可靠度下均为正值且影响剧烈。The purpose of this paper is to study the reliability calculation and reliability sensitivity analysis of gear bending fatigue under uncertain parameters.Under the condition of stress ratio of 0.04,the S-N curve and P-S-N curve of gear under different reliability were established.Considering the uncertainty factors,Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the reliability of gear bending fatigue based on the stress-strength interference model,and the results were good.Combined with the reliability simulation results and the sensitivity calculation model,the mean sensitivity and variance sensitivity of each random parameter under different reliability after dimensionless removal were obtained.The results show that the positive and negative correlations of each mean sensitivity exist together and the influence is gentle under different reliability.In variance sensitivity,except for parameter YF,which is negative at all reliability degrees and has gentle influence,the other six parameters are positive at all reliability degrees and have severe influence.
