中医运气学与疫病临证辨析

摘　　要：中医运气理论博大精深,来源于《黄帝内经》。运气理论在《内经》及中医理论中占有比较重要的地位,它是中国古代运用天文、地理、气象、历法等自然科学成就,结合人们对生活及医疗实践的长期观察研究而总结出来的科学理论,对于预防、诊断和治疗疫病具有重要的指导意义,值得继承挖掘研究。As an extensive and profound theory in traditional Chinese medicine,the doctrine of the five evolutive phases and the six climatic factors originates from Huangdi Neijing.Occupying a relatively important position both in Huangdi Neijing and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the scientific theory is summed up in ancient China by using the achievements of natural sciences such as astronomy,geography,meteorology and calendar,in combination with people’s long-term observation and research on life and medical practice.The theory proves to have an important guiding significance for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of epidemic diseases,and is worthy of inheritance,excavation and research.
