祛秽解毒理论在中医疫病治疗中的运用

摘　　要：传统中医认为,疫毒秽浊是导致疫病的一个重要原因。因此,在疫病的治疗上需要重视祛秽解毒方法的运用。通过从五行毒邪、秽浊毒邪、鬼毒等不同理论入手阐明疫毒、秽浊等理论的来源。同时辅以相应的医案说明祛疫解毒法在不同疫病中的具体运用,以期为疫病的理论、临床研究提供参考。In traditional Chinese medicine,epidemic diseases are believed to be caused by pathogenic toxins,filths and turbidities,etc.Therefore,attention should be necessarily given to applying methods for eliminating those toxins and filths in their treatment.This paper tentatively expounds the origins of different theories about pathogenic toxins,filths and turbidities in traditional Chinese medicine,discusses and illustrates the specific applications of various methods in different epidemic diseases by referring to corresponding medical cases,aiming to provide a reference for the theoretical and clinical research on epidemic diseases.
