摘　　要：许广里教授根据临床腰痛特点及伴随症状,对不同疾病加以鉴别,选用针刺运动疗法治疗腰痛取得了良好的临床效果。现从审因求证、辨证施治、治病求本、病案举例4个方面对许广里教授治疗腰痛的临床经验进行阐述。Professor Xu Guangli identifies different kinds of lumbago according to their clinical characteristics and accompanying symptoms in various diseases,and he selects different acupuncture methods in combination with an exercise therapy to treat them in a bid to achieve remarkable clinical effects.This paper tentatively expounds his clinical experience in the treatment of lumbago from the following four aspects:examining causes and identifying syndromes,administering a treatment based on the syndrome differentiation,focusing on eliminating the root cause and reviewing case examples.
