摘 要:目的对艾叶炭中化学成分进行分离及结构鉴定,为炒炭存性理论以及艾叶炭质量标准的提升提供实验依据。方法采用回流提取法、CC(柱色谱)、HPLC及NMR对艾叶炭进行提取、分离纯化及化合物结构鉴定。结果从艾叶炭中分离出2个化合物,化合物1为槲皮素,化合物2为二十八烷醇。结论进一步验证了炒炭存性理论,为艾叶炭的活性研究及临床应用奠定基础。Objective To separate and identify the chemical compositions in Folium Artemisiae argyi carbonisatum,and to provide an experimental basis for the theory of drugs prepared as charcoals while with functions preserved and the improvement of quality standard of Folium Artemisiae argyi carbonisatum.Methods The chemical compositions of Folium Artemisiae argyi carbonisatum were extracted,purified and their structures were identified by the methods of reflux extraction,CC(column chromatography),HPLC and NMR.Results Two compounds,quercetin and octacosanol,were isolated from Folium Artemisiae argyi carbonisatum.Conclusion This study further verifies the theory of drugs prepared as charcoals while with functions preserved,and lays a foundation for the activity study and clinical application of Folium Artemisiae argyi carbonisatum.
