电针治疗股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针治疗股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者的临床疗效。方法选择106例股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用电针治疗,2组均治疗7 d。比较2组治疗7 d后疗效,治疗前和治疗3 d、7 d后的疼痛情况、肿胀值、治疗前、治疗7 d后的Harris各项评分、日常生活能力和膝关节屈伸肌群肌力。结果治疗7 d后,观察组总有效率(92.45%,49/53)显著高于对照组(77.36%,41/53)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗3 d、7 d后,2组数字评分法(NRS)评分、肿胀值降低(P<0.05),治疗7 d后,观察组NRS、肿胀值低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗7 d后,2组关节活动度、关节功能、畸形、疼痛、改良barthel指数(MBI)评分、屈曲肌群肌力、伸直肌群肌力等级均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者,可有效减轻患者疼痛,改善膝关节屈伸肌群肌力、肿胀情况及关节功能,提高患者日常生活能力,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of postoperative patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods A total of 106 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with electro-acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The curative effects of the two groups were counted after 7 days of treatment.The pain,swelling value before and after 3 and 7 days of treatment,and the scores of Harris,daily living ability and muscle strength of knee flexion and extension muscles before and after 7 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(92.45%,49/53)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.36%,41/53)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of the numeric rating scale(NRS)and swelling values of the two groups were decreased after 3 and 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the score of NRS and swelling value in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of range of motion,joint function,deformity,pain,modified Barthel index(MBI),muscle strength of flexion and extension muscles in the two groups were increased after 7 days of treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postoperative patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,electro-acupuncture can effectively relieve pains,improve the muscle strength,swelling and joint function of knee flexion and extension muscles,and improve their daily living ability,with a better therapeutic effect.
