摘　　要：目的:探讨高分辨率CT(high resolution CT,HRCT)检查方法对于呼吸性细支气管炎伴间质性肺疾病(respiratory bronchiolotitis-associated interstitial lung disease,RB-ILD)的诊断及随访价值。方法:选择通用医疗成飞医院2019年7月—2021年7月收治的260例RBILD患者作为研究对象,纳入患者均接受HRCT检查及X线摄片检查,对比并评价不同检查方法诊断结果与特点,总结HRCT的诊断优势。结果:以病理检查结果作为诊断金标准,纳入260例患者经X线检查后检出221例,X线检查的检出率达到85.00%,而经HRCT检查检出RB-ILD患者251例,该方法诊断率达到96.54%。HRCT检出率相比X线检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HRCT扫描技术空间分辨率好,扫描图像清晰,利于对RB-ILD病变范围与性质的准确判断,该检查方法在RB-ILD诊断与随访中具有较高的推广价值。Objective To investigate the value of high resolution CT(HRCT)in the diagnosis and follow-up of respiratory bronchiolitis with interstitial lung disease(RB-ILD).Methods 260 patients with RB-ILD treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research object All the included patients underwent HRCT and X-ray examination.The diagnostic results and characteristics of different examination methods were compared and evaluated,and the diagnostic advantages of HRCT were summarized.Results Taking the pathological examination results as the diagnostic gold standard,221 of 260 patients were detected by X-ray examination,and the detection rate of X-ray examination was 85.00%,while 251 patients with RB-ILD were detected by HRCT,and the diagnosis rate of this method was 96.54%.The detection rate of HRCT was significantly higher than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HRCT has good spatial resolution and clear scanning images,which is conducive to the accurate judgment of the scope and nature of RB-ILD.This examination method has high popularization value in the diagnosis and follow-up of RB-ILD.
