摘 要:蓄电池是轨道车辆辅助系统中的重要元件,它主要在列车系统故障的情况下为紧急通风、应急照明、门控和门驱动、控制系统、乘客信息系统等提供应急备用电源。应急电源在车辆故障时有着重大影响,由此可见承载蓄电池的设备—蓄电池箱的结构可靠性对车辆运营也起着至关重要的作用。文章介绍160km(鼓型车)动力集中动车组蓄电池箱结构分析,对同类型轨道车辆蓄电池箱设计具有良好的参考意义。Storage battery is an important component in the auxiliary system of rail vehicles.It mainly provides emergency standby power supply for emergency ventilation,emergency lighting,door control and door drive,control system and passenger information system in case of train system failure.Emergency power supply has a significant impact in case of vehicle failure.It can be seen that the structural reliability of battery box,the equipment carrying battery,also plays a vital role in vehicle operation.This paper focuses on the structural analysis of the battery box of 160 km(drum car)power centralized EMU,which has a good reference significance for the design of the battery box of the same type of rail vehicle.
