摘　　要：化工企业的正常生产有效推动着化工产业的顺利发展,而保障化工企业正常生产的基础是化工机械设备的正常运行和使用。因此,化工机械设备的故障问题是影响化工企业生产效率的重大难题,为确保化工企业的日常生产、保障经济效益,必须加强对化工机械设备润滑故障的分析,并探索和提出相应的控制方法。The normal production of chemical enterprises effectively promotes the smooth development of the chemical industry,and the basis for ensuring the normal production of chemical enterprises is the normal operation and use of chemical machinery and equipment.Therefore,the failure of chemical machinery and equipment is a major problem affecting the production efficiency of chemical enterprises.In order to ensure the daily production of chemical enterprises and ensure economic benefits,it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of lubrication failures of chemical machinery and equipment,and explore and propose corresponding control methods.
