摘  要:为保障企业信息系统的稳定运行和服务质量,通常需配置相关监控系统,以及时发现问题并采取有效应对措施。考虑到专用监控产品难以二次开发,选择基于开源技术的Zabbix的VMware虚拟化基础产品构建自动监控系统。阐述该自动监控系统的设计目标、架构和具体实现方式。通过配置server端、自定义性能计数器、创建触发器和配置告警动作等4个流程,实现对VMware vCenter中VMware ESX主机可用性、CPU(Central Processing Unit)利用率、内存利用率和所属存储使用率的监控,并将告警通知应用于日常运维中。该系统经应用验证,效果良好。In order to keep ever growing IT(Information Technology)infrastructures working properly the system maintenance personnel in COSCO uses automatic monitoring products to grasp the system running status in real time,detect problems and take measures to control impact of failure if anything happens.There are commercial products of the kind available but they are not particularly designed for COSCO,needing a lot of secondary development.The in-house development can be a more effective option.An automatic monitoring platform is built by combining the open-source monitoring system Zabbix and specially defined performance counters.The system design objectives,the system architecture and the realization of a practical automatic monitoring system project is presented.An automatic monitoring system is built for VMware virtualization platform.The system implementation includs four tasks:doing server-side configuration,defining performance counters,creating triggers and configuring alarm actions.The monitoring system for VMware ESX host machine in VMware vCenter can provide the information concerning the availability of the machine,the CPU(Central Processing Unit)utilization,the memory utilization and the datastorage utilization.The alarm notification can be used in daily operation and maintenance.
