同步电动机励磁装置接地故障分析及处理

摘　　要：交流同步电动机具有响应速度快、过载能力强等优点,在轧机主传动中得到了广泛应用。板材轧钢制造部1580mm热连轧工程轧机主传动电机采用了哈尔滨电机有限公司生产的6000KW凸极交流调速同步电动机。本文结合板材轧钢制造部1580mm热连轧工程及作者对现场同步电动机的维护经验和处理故障的体会,介绍了因交交变频励磁装置故障后引发的同步电动机集电环产生电灼伤的原因,阐述和分析了故障现象及其解决方法。AC synchronous motor is widely used in the main drive of rolling mill because of its advantages of fast response speed and strong overload capacity.The main drive motor of 1580mm hot rolling mill of plate rolling manufacturing Department adopts the 6000KW salient pole AC speed regulating synchronous motor produced by Harbin Electric Motor Co.,LTD.Based on the 1580mm hot rolling project of plate rolling manufacturing department and the author’s experience in maintenance and fault treatment of synchronous motor,this paper introduces the cause of electric burn of synchronous motor collector ring caused by the fault of ac-AC frequency conversion excitation device,expounds and analyzes the fault phenomenon and it s solution.
