开放理念引领构建人类命运共同体的三重意蕴

摘　　要：开放理念是习近平基于世界历史本质特征和“两个大局”时代背景,对马克思主义世界历史理论“开放”意涵的时代化运用,内蕴开放、合作、发展等丰富内涵,与构建人类命运共同体的价值旨趣内在一致,旨在顺应世界历史开放发展的基本规律,以开放合作推动全球化变革,促进中国和世界的共同繁荣发展。面对世界百年未有之大变局、构建人类命运共同体面临机遇与挑战并存的现实境遇,应坚持以开放理念为引领,构建新型国际关系,推动经济社会可持续发展,塑造全人类共同价值,为构建人类命运共同体提供更坚实的政治基础、发展动力和思想共识。The concept of openness is XI Jinping’s epoch-oriented application of the“openness”meaning of Marxist world history theory based on the essential characteristics of world history and the background of the“two big picture”times.It contains rich connotations such as openness,cooperation and development,which are in line with the value purport of building a community with a shared future for mankind.It aims to follow the basic law of openness and development in world history,promote globalization through openness and cooperation,and promote common prosperity and development of China and the world.The world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind faces both opportunities and challenges.Guided by the vision of openness,we should build a new type of international relations,promote sustainable economic and social development,shape the common values of mankind,and provide a more solid political foundation,driving force and consensus for the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
