我国森林旅游生态补偿机制的法律保障制度研究

摘　　要：生态补偿机制是新时代生态文明建设的重要内容,不断发展的森林生态旅游,既给旅游地生态环境保护带来了资金支持,又给旅游地的生态环境造成了一定的损害。因此有必要建立健全森林旅游生态补偿机制,并探索以市场化经济工具辅助实现森林旅游生态补偿的目的,以法律制度的形式将森林旅游生态补偿的概念、范围以及多元化的方式等予以明确规定,为我国森林旅游生态补偿形成长效实施机制提供法律保障。Ecological compensation mechanism is an important content of ecological civilization construction in the new era.The development of forest eco-tourism has brought financial support to ecological environment protection in tourist destination,but also caused some damage to the ecological environment of tourist destination.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and improve ecological compensation mechanism for forest tourism,and explore market-oriented economic tool to assist the realization of the purpose of the ecological compensation for forest tourism.In the form of legal system,the definition,scope and diversified compensation mode of ecological compensation for forest tourism should be clearly stipulated,so as to provide legal guarantee for the formation of long-term implementation mechanism of ecological compensation for forest tourism in China.
