摘 要:在吉林省敦化市13年生长白落叶松退耕还林林地上,对土壤进行对照(处理A)、去除凋落物(处理B)、去除凋落物并切根(处理C)3种处理,用CI-340光合作用系统对处理后的土壤进行呼吸观测。结果表明:5—9月生长季土壤平均呼吸速率(R_(S))为2.47μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),凋落物平均呼吸速率(R_(L))为0.48μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),自养呼吸速率(R_(A))为0.27μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),异养呼吸速率(R_(H))为1.72μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。R_(L)、R_(A)、R_(H)占总R_(S)的百分比依次为19.43%、10.93%、69.64%。在生长季节,3种处理的土壤呼吸速率和土壤温度均为单峰曲线,最大值出现在7月;土壤呼吸温度敏感指数Q_(10)分别为2.14、2.15、2.33,表现出呼吸组分越复杂,敏感指数越低的趋势。土壤呼吸速率与土壤含水率呈现抛物线关系且相关显著,最大值出现在含水率为19%时。The soil in 13 years old Larix olgensis Henry forest converted from farmland in Dunhua City,Jilin Province was subjected to three treatments,which were control(treatment A),litter exclusion(treatment B),litter exclusion and root cutting(treatment C).The soil respiration rate was measured by using CI-340 photosynthesis system.The results showed that in the growing season(from May to September)the average respiration rate of the soil(R_(S)),the average respiration rate of the litter(R_(L)),the autotrophic respiration rate(R_(A)),the heterotrophic respiration rate(R_(H))were 2.47μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),0.48μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),0.27μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) and 1.72μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) respectively.The percentages of R_(L),R_(A) and R_(H) in R_(S)(the total respiration)were 19.43%,10.93%and 69.64%respectively.In the growing season,both the soil respiration rate and the soil temperature with three treatments were unimodal curves,with the maximum appeared in July.The temperature sensitivity indexes of the soil respiratory(Q_(10))with three treatments were 2.14,2.15 and 2.33 respectively.It showed the trend that the more complex the soil respiratory component was,the lower the temperature sensitivity index of the soil respiration was.The relationship between the soil respiration rate and the soil moisture content was parabolic and the correlation was significant.The soil respiration rate reached the maximum when the soil moisture content was 19%.
