当前舆论引导工作机制面临的挑战与对策

摘　　要：新闻舆论工作是中国共产党治国理政、定国安邦的大事。坚持正确导向的舆论引导工作机制,是党提升舆论工作传播力、引导力、影响力和公信力的重要要求,是党掌握舆论工作主导权、团结群众、维护国家意识形态安全的重要要求。文章认为当前舆论引导工作面临着新媒体对传统媒体影响力的冲击、网络舆论监督力度不足、突发舆情引导难度大、网络综合治理实效有待巩固这四个方面的挑战。因此,可以有针对性地从推动媒体融合发展和构建全媒体传播体系、不断完善舆论监督制度、规范重大舆情和突发事件舆论引导机制、健全网络综合治理体系四个方面完善舆论引导工作机制、提升舆论引导力。The public opinion and news is a major event for the Communist Party of China(short for the CPC)to govern and stabilize the country.Following the correct orientation for working mechanism of public opinion guidance is an important requirement for the CPC to improve its communication power,guiding power,influence and credibility,to master the leading power of public opinion and news,and to unit the masses to safeguard the national ideological security.The author believes that there are four challenges:the serious impact of new media on traditional media,the insufficient supervision of network public opinion,the difficulty of sudden public opinion guidance,and the urgent need of effectiveness of comprehensive network management.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of public opinion guidance,this paper proposes to improve the working mechanism of the public opinion guidance and enhance its power from four aspects:to promote the integrated development of media and build an all-media communication system,to constantly improve and discuss the supervision system,to standardize the public opinion guidance mechanism for major public opinions and emergencies,to improve the comprehensive network governance system.
