摘 要:目的:探讨霾黄金中药茶对铅染毒大鼠模型肝肾功能的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠分为对照组、模型组、霾黄金组,模型组、霾黄金组大鼠给予含铅饲料喂养,对照组则喂养正常饲料,霾黄金组大鼠给予霾黄金溶液饮用,对照组、模型组则提供正常饮水。记录各组大鼠体重。4周后处死大鼠,取大鼠全血测量血铅水平,取大鼠血清测量谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。对大鼠的肝肾组织进行石蜡包埋切片,进行HE染色。结果:与对照组比较,模型组大鼠食欲明显减退,体重明显降低,血清ALT、AST、BUN水平升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),肝肾组织病理切片显示存在显著病理改变。与模型组比较,霾黄金组大鼠食欲、体重得到改善,血清ALT、AST和BUN降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且肝肾组织病理改变轻微。模型组大鼠血铅高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),霾黄金组血铅与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:霾黄金中药茶可改善铅染毒大鼠食欲,增加体重,保护肝肾功能。Objective:To investigate effect of Mai Huangjin tea on liver and kidney function in lead-exposed rat model.Methods:30 SD rats were divided into control group,model group and Mai Huangjin group.Rats in the model group and Mai Huangjin group were fed lead feed,while rats in the control group were fed normal feed.Rats in the Mai Huangjin group were given Mai Huangjin solution for drinking,while rats in the control group and the model group were provided normal drinking water.The weight of rats in each group was recorded.The rats were sacrificed 4 weeks later,the blood lead levels were measured in whole blood,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),urea nitrogen(BUN),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum were measured.The liver and kidney tissues of rats were embedded in paraffin and stained with HE.Results:Compared with the control group,the model group significantly decreased appetite body weight serum ALT AST and BUN levels(all P<0.05),liver and kidney histological sections showed significant pathological changes.Compared with the model group,appetite and body weight of Mai Huangjin group were improved,and serum ALT,AST and BUN levels were decreased(all P<0.05),and the pathological changes of liver and kidney tissues were slight.The blood lead level in the model group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05),there was no significant difference in blood lead level in the Mai Huangjin group compared with model group(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels among all groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Mai Huangjin tea can obviously improve appetite increase body weight and protect liver and kidney function of lead-poisoned rats.
