电针联合关节松动治疗早中期股骨头坏死疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究电针联合关节松动治疗早中期股骨头坏死的临床疗效及对患者髋关节功能的影响。方法:选取106例早中期股骨头坏死患者随机分为对照组(n=53)、观察组(n=53)。对照组采用关节松动治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用电针疗法,比较两组髋关节死骨修复率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Harris评分以及生活质量综合评定问卷-4(GQOL-74)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组髋关节死骨修复率84.91%高于对照组的64.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛、功能、畸形、活动度、Harris总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组GQOL-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动联合电针治疗早中期股骨头坏死,可促进死骨修复,减轻疼痛,改善髋关节功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with joint loosening in the treatment of early and middle stage femoral head necrosis and its effect on the function of hip joint.Methods:106 patients with early and middle stage femoral head necrosis were randomly divided into control group(n=53)and study group(n=53).The control group was treated with joint loosening,while the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture based on the control group.Hip joint repair rate of dead bone,visual analog scale(VAS)score,Harris score and quality of life questionnaire 4(GQOL-74)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,hip joint repair rate of dead bone in the study group 84.91%was higher than that in the control group 64.15%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain,function,deformity,range of motion and Harris total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the GQOL-74 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint loosening combined with electroacupuncture can promote the repair of dead bone,relieve pain,improve the function of hip joint and improve the quality of life.
