摘 要:美国布坎南煤灰分、硫分低,可替代部分BHP焦煤和内贸煤,有利于降低配煤成本。由于其MBI和MCI偏高,需根据实际配煤结构和资源情况进行综合调整。通过应用实践,认为美国布坎南煤焦煤配比控制在5%~7%,有利于改善焦炭质量和经济配煤。各焦炉产线因配煤结构和搭配煤种不同效果不一,需根据具体情况逐步优化确定最佳使用方案。The American Buchanan coking coal has advantage of low content in ash and sulfur,which can partially replace BHP coking coal and domestic coal and help reduce coal blending cost.However,its MBI and MCI are on the high side,this blending must be adjusted according to actual blending composition and resources condition.Based on the experience,the ratio of Buchanan coking coal to be blended is supposed to be 5% ~ 7%,it would be beneficial to improving coke quality in an economical coal blending manner.Due to diversified coal blending structure with various kinds of coke quality in cokemaking,the optimum option shall be gradually defined according to actual situation.
