摘  要:为了解决因入炉球团矿铁品位低、SiO_(2)含量高导致高炉入炉矿品位低、渣量高的问题,进行了球团配加不同比例低硅巴西Minas Rio赤铁精粉部分替代高硅卡拉拉铁精矿的实验室研究。结果表明,随着巴西Minas Rio赤铁精粉配比的升高,生球落下强度、生球抗压强度、成品球抗压强度均降低;配比≤20%时指标可满足生产要求,球团矿铁品位升高、SiO_(2)含量降低。工业试验中,当巴西Minas Rio赤铁精粉配比为20%时,球团矿铁品位提高了0.62个百分点,SiO_(2)含量降低了0.35个百分点,配加巴西Minas Rio赤铁精粉生产球团矿提铁降硅效果明显。In order to solve the problem that the low grade of the pellets charged into a blast furnace(BF)and high content of slag in the furnace was caused by low iron grade and high SiO_(2) content of the pellets charged into a BF,the laboratory investigations were carried out based on the ore blending scheme by adding different proportions of low silicon Brazilian Minas Rio hematite concentrates into the pellets instead of some high silicon iron ore concentrates from Carrara partially.The study results showed that the drop strength and compressive strength of green pellets and compressive strength of finished pellets decreased with increasing the proportion of Brazilian Minas Rio hematite concentrates.When the proportion of these two kinds of different iron ore concentrates was less than or equal to 20%,the ore blending indexes could meet the requirements for production,while the iron grade of the pellets increased and the content of SiO_(2) decreased.In the industrial test,when the proportion of using Brazilian Minas Rio hematite concentrates was 20%,the pellets iron grade increased by 0.62 percent and the SiO_(2) content was reduced by 0.35 percent.So the effect of increasing the content of iron and reducing the content of silicon in pellets produced with Brazilian Minas Rio hematite concentrates was remarkable.
