摘  要:分析了高碳钢表面开裂原因,认为是内部元素偏析导致。通过采取提高铸机辊缝控制精度、缩小铸机拉速波动范围和优化动态轻压下工艺参数等措施后,高碳钢铸坯中心偏析情况得到有效改善,B0.5级以内的比例由72%提高到92%,高碳高锰钢碳偏析度由1.34降至1.10以下,锰偏析度由1.27降至1.08以下。Based on the analysis on the causes leading to cracks on the surface of a high carbon steel,it was concluded that the cracks was caused by internal element segregation in the steel.After taking such measures as improving the control accuracy of roll gaps in a casting machine,reducing the fluctuation range of the casting speed and optimizing the parameters for dynamic soft reduction process,the central segregation state in the steel was effectively improved.So the ratio less than B0.5 level was increased to 92%from 72%,carbon segregation degree of high carbon high manganese steel was reduced to less than 1.10 from 1.34 and manganese segregation degree was reduced to less than 1.08 from 1.27.
