摘  要:针对节镍型奥氏体不锈钢热轧板退火酸洗后表面发生线鳞缺陷问题,采用扫描电子显微镜对缺陷表面及横截面形貌和成分进行分析,并对导致线鳞缺陷的因素进行了探讨。通过优化合金成分(镍铜比)和粗轧终轧温度,线鳞缺陷得到明显改善。In order to solve the problem of the linear scale defect occurred on the surface of a nickel-saving austenitic stainless hot rolled steel plate after annealing and pickling,the microstructural appearances of the defect surface and its cross section and compositions in the defect were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,and the factors leading to the linear scale defect were discussed.By optimizing the alloy compositions(Ni-Cu ratio)and the finishing tem-perature of rough rolling,the linear scale defects reduced obviously.
