摘　　要：为探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下社会支持对民众心理健康的影响机制,并检验情绪调节策略的中介效应,构建了三个变量之间的关系模型,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和情绪调节策略问卷(ERQ)调查了1152名民众。结果发现:(1)民众的心理健康症状(SCL-90总分)显著高于常模组;(2)社会支持及其维度(客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度)、情绪调节策略(认知重评、表达抑制)与心理健康两两相关显著;(3)认知重评策略在社会支持及其各维度与心理健康间起部分中介作用;(4)表达抑制策略则在社会支持及对支持的利用度这一维度与心理健康间起部分中介作用。研究结果揭示了COVID-19疫情下民众的整体心理健康水平比非疫情下偏低,且认知重评和表达抑制策略在社会支持和心理健康之间均起显著的部分中介效应,对支持的主动利用更能有助于民众选择合理的情绪调节策略,更有利于心理健康的发展。To investigate the impact of social support on people's mental health during the epidemic of COVID-19 and test the mediating effect of emotion regulation strategies between social support and mental health,and then building a model of the relationship between these three variables.Totally 1152 adults were screened for the Social Support Revalued Scale(SSRS),Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ).The results suggested:(1)The people's mental health symptoms(SCL-90 total score)were significantly higher than the normal module.(2)Social support and its factors(objective support,subjective support,and utilization of support),emotion regulation strategies(cognitive reappraisal,expression suppression)were significantly correlated with mental health.(3)Cognitive reappraisal mediated the relationship between social support(including three factors)and mental health.(4)Expression suppression just mediated the relationship between the utilization of support and mental health.Therefore,people's overall mental health under the COVID-19 epidemic was worse than before;cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression both played a partial mediating role between social support and mental health,it's worth noting that the utilization of support was more helpful for people to choose adaptive emotional strategies,ultimately benefiting the development of mental health.
