摘 要:采用化学沉淀法制备纳米材料锡酸锌。在冰浴条件下,以ZnSO_(4)、聚乙烯醇和锡酸钠进行反应,制备锡酸锌溶液,再利用离心机离心,并将产物洗涤干燥,最终得到纳米锡酸锌颗粒。IR测试表明,产物含有锡酸锌特征基团;TEM测试可见大小一致的方形块状颗粒,粒径在50 nm左右;XRD测试表明,产物有晶体衍射峰,呈晶体构型;DSC测试过程中也观察到晶体熔融峰存在。The nanomaterial zinc stannate was prepared via chemical precipitation method.ZnSO_(4),polyvinyl alcohol and so⁃dium stannate were mixed together to prepare zinc stannate solution under the ice bath environment.The solution was centri⁃fuged and the product was washed and dried,finally nano-sized zinc stannate particles were obtained.IR result showed that the product contained characteristic groups of zinc stannate.TEM pictures showed the same size of square block particles,particle size of about 50 nm.XRD test shows that the product has crystal diffraction peak and crystal configuration,and the existence of crystal melting peak was also observed during DSC test.The results showed that the preparation of nanometer zinc stannate via chemical precipitation method is feasible and simple.
