摘　　要：新薄荷基卤代物是非常重要的不对称合成中间体,以L-薄荷醇为原料,采用三溴化磷或三氯化磷为卤代物,高立体选择性合成新薄荷基卤代物,在最优条件下,目标产物的非对映体过量值(de)大于99.9%。主要研究了卤代物、反应溶剂、反应时间和配料比度等因素对反应的影响。Neomenthyl halides are very important intermediates for asymmetric synthesis.Neomenthyl halides were synthe⁃sized from L-menthol and phosphorus tribromide or phosphorus trichloride via highly stereoselective halogenation reac⁃tions,under the optimal conditions,the de value of the target product is more than 99.9%.The influence of halogen,reac⁃tion solvent,reaction time and proportion of ingredients on the reaction was studied.
