摘 要:选用三乙烯四胺为原料制备重金属捕捉剂DTC-3,处理深圳某电镀企业废水中的化学镍,研究了DTC-3投加量、pH值、反应时间以及絮凝剂FeSO_(4)投加量等因素对Ni^(2+)去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:在pH值调到9,DTC-3投加量为100 mg/L,搅拌反应15 min,FeSO_(4)投加量为80 mg/L时,残留Ni^(2+)浓度从3.86 mg/L降到0.43 mg/L,去除率高达88.86%,达到电镀污染物排放标准(GB 21900-2008)中表2要求,同时,经对比,除化学镍效果优于某市售重捕剂CL-30,可见DTC-3具有较好的应用前景。The heavy metal capturing agent DTC-3 is synthesized by using triethylenetetramine,which is then used to treat chemical nickel in wastewater of an electroplating enterprise in Shenzhen.The influence of the dosage of DTC-3,pH value,reaction time and ferrous sulfate flocculants on Ni^(2+)removal efficiency was investigated.The result shows that the residual concentration of Ni^(2+)is reduced from 3.86 mg/L to 0.43 mg/L and the removal efficiency of Ni^(2+)reached up to 88.86%when the pH value was adjusted to 9,adding 100 mg/L of DTC-3,the amount of FeSO_(4) was 80 mg/L and reaction time was 15 mins.The treatment results meet the requirements of Table 2 in the emission standard of electroplating pollutants(GB 21900-2008).At the same time,compared with a commercial heavy metal capturing agent CL-30,the effect of DTC-3 in removing chemical nickel is much better,suggesting a good application prospect.
