摘　　要：目的:研究用二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的效果及对患者内分泌功能的影响。方法:将60例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者随机分为观察组和对照组。为对照组患者采用枸橼酸氯米芬进行治疗,为观察组患者采用二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的体质量、BMI、LH、PRL、T、FIN的水平均低于对照组患者,其子宫内膜的厚度小于对照组患者,其E2的水平、妊娠成功率、排卵成功率均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗PCOS合并不孕症可有效地改善患者的内分泌功能,减轻其胰岛素抵抗的情况,提高其排卵成功率和妊娠成功率。Objective:To study the effect of metformin combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility associated with polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on endocrine function.Methods:60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group were treated with clomiphene citrate,and patients in observation group were treated with metformin combined with clomiphene citrate.Then the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the body weight,BMI,LH,PRL,T and FIN levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the endometrial thickness was lower than that in the control group,and the E2 level,pregnancy success rate and ovulation success rate were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of PCOS combined with infertility can effectively improve the endocrine function of patients,reduce their insulin resistance,and improve the success rate of ovulation and pregn ancy.
