集束化护理在寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者行蒸汽竹药罐治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究对行蒸汽竹药罐治疗的寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者实施集束化护理的效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年7月中山市中医院收治的80例寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者作为研究对象。按照护理方法的差异性将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组40例患者接受常规护理,观察组40例患者接受集束化护理。比较两组患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:护理后,观察组患者的ODI评分低于对照组患者,JOA评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者PSQI中各项指标的评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理1 d、3 d及7 d后,观察组患者的VAS评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行蒸汽竹药罐治疗的寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者实施集束化护理的效果显著,能有效缓解其疼痛,提高其睡眠质量,改善其腰椎的功能。Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing on patients with cold and wet lumbago treated with steam bamboo medicine pot.Methods:From March 2019 to July 2021,80 patients with cold and wet obstructive lumbago in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.40 patients in control group received routine nursing,40 patients in observation group received cluster nursing.Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,JOA score,PSQI score,and VISUAL analog scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,ODI score of observation group was lower than control group,JOA score was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of PSQI indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 1,3 and 7 days of nursing,VAS score of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cluster nursing on patients with cold and dampness obstructive lumbago treated with steam bamboo medicine pot is remarkable,which can effectively relieve pain,improve sleep quality and improve lumbar function.
