摘 要:目的:运用Meta分析评价运动对中老年人血中NO和ET-1的影响。方法:在中国知网和PubMed等数据库系统搜索运动对中老年人血中NO和ET-1的随机对照试验,应用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具对纳入的文献进行文献质量评估,在STATA 16.0软件上进行合并效应量、异质性和潜在发表偏倚分析。结果:共纳入50篇文献,Meta分析结果显示运动可显著增加中老年人血中NO水平,SMD=0.79(95%CI:0.58,1.03,P=0.000),可显著降低中老年人血中ET-1水平,SMD=-0.86(95%CI:-1.07,-0.65,P=0.000),亚组分析显示每周运动3次,每次运动46-60min,持续干预6-8W的高强度间歇运动可能对增加中老年人血中NO效果更好;而每周运动2-3次,每次运动30-45min,持续6-8W的抗阻运动可能对降低中老年人血中ET-1效果更好。结论:运动可显著增加中老年人血中NO水平,降低血中ET-1水平,每周运动2-3次,每次运动30-60min,持续6-8W的高强度间歇或抗阻训练可能对改善中老年人血中NO和ET-1效果更佳。Objective:To evaluate the effects of exercise on blood NO and ET-1 in middle-aged and elderly people by meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of NO and ET-1 in the blood of middle-aged and elderly patients were searched on CNKI and PubMed and other databases,Cochrane risk bias assessment tool was used to evaluate the literature quality,and STATA 16.0 software was used to analyze the combined effect size,heterogeneity and potential publication bias.Results:A total of 50 literatures were included.Meta-analysis results showed that exercise significantly increased the blood NO level in middle-aged and elderly people,SMD=0.79(95%CI:0.58,1.03,P=0.000),and significantly decreased the blood ET-1 level in middle-aged and elderly people,SMD=-0.86(95%CI:-1.07,-0.65,P=0.000),subgroup analysis showed that exercise 3 times a week,each exercise 46-60min,continuous intervention of 6-8W high-intensity intermittent exercise may be better for increasing blood NO in middle-aged and elderly people;while exercise 2-3 times a week,each exercise 30-45min,resistance exercise lasting 6-8 w may have a better effect on reducing blood ET-1 in middle-aged and elderly people.Conclusion:Exercise can significantly increase the level of NO and decrease the level of ET-1 in the blood of middle-aged and elderly people.High-intensity interval or resistance training lasting 6-8w with 30-60min exercise 2-3 times a week may be more effective in improving the level of NO and ET-1 in the blood of middle-aged and elderly people.
