地缘经济视角下的旅游业:一种改进的竞争-合作关系的评价方法

摘　　要：目前,区域间的竞争研究大多采用温志宏的距离分析法,但这一方法在旅游区域竞争领域的应用上存在许多局限。文章从地缘经济角度出发,在温志宏提出的距离分析的基础上,以地区所拥有的资源和利用资源的能力作为判定标准,提出了改进的旅游业竞争-合作关系评价方法和量化关系的综合指标——旅游竞争指数。并且以2017年全国31个省市区(不含港澳台)的旅游数据为例,通过运用上述分析方法和相关指标,获得了全国31省市区的旅游竞争指数及其区域竞争态势状况;最后以西南四省市为对象,进一步解析了它们之间的旅游竞争-合作关系,得出了竞争可以促进旅游效率提高、选择合作者时应当回避有强竞争关系的对象等结论。At present, the study of interregional competition mostly adopts Wen’s distance analysis method,but there are many limitations in the application of this method in the field of tourism regional competition. From the perspective of Geo-economics, based on Wen’s distance analysis method and taking the resources owned by the region and the ability to use resources as the judgment standard, this paper puts forward an improved judgment method of tourism competition-cooperation relationship and a comprehensive index to quantify the relationship—tourism competition index. Taking the tourism data of 31 provinces and cities in 2017 as an example, the tourism competition index and regional competition situation of 31 provinces and cities in China are obtained by using the above analysis methods and relevant indicators. Finally, taking the four provinces and cities in Southwest China as the object, this paper further analyzes the tourism competition-cooperation relationship between them, and comes to the conclusion that competition can promote the improvement of tourism efficiency and avoid the objects with strong competition relationship when choosing partners.
