摘 要:目的分析婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染与血清相关微量元素水平的关系,并探讨相关干预策略。方法选取南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的134例呼吸道感染婴幼儿,根据感染情况分为两组,其中71例反复呼吸道感染患儿纳入观察组,63例普通呼吸道感染患儿纳入对照组。通过一般资料调查问卷收集相关资料,包括年龄、性别、是否早产、分娩方式、喂养方法,并检测血清微量元素(Ca、Fe、Zn)水平。比较两组血清Ca、Fe、Zn水平。采用logistic回归分析血清Ca、Fe、Zn水平与小儿反复呼吸道感染的关系。结果观察组早产率、剖宫产率、人工喂养率均高于对照组,血清Ca、Fe、Zn水平低于对照组(P<0.05);logistic回归分析结果显示,血清Ca、Fe、Zn水平低和早产、剖宫产、人工喂养是小儿反复呼吸道感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清Ca、Fe、Zn等微量元素缺乏与小儿反复呼吸道感染密切相关,是造成小儿反复呼吸道感染的独立危险因素,临床除了早产、剖宫产、人工喂养等因素外,还应重视补充微量元素的必要性。Objective To investigate and analyze the detection results of serum related trace elements in infants with recurrent respiratory tract infections,and to explore nursing intervention strategies.Methods A total of 134 infants with respiratory tract infection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to their infection status.Among them,71 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were included in the observation group,and the other 63 children with common respiratory tract infection were included in the control group.Relevant informations were collected through general information questionnaire,including age,gender,premature delivery,delivery method,feeding method,and serum levels of trace elements(Ca,Fe,Zn)were detected.Serum Ca,Fe and Zn levels were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between serum Ca,Fe,Zn levels and recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.Results The preterm birth rate,cesarean section rate and artificial feeding rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of Ca,Fe and Zn in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum Ca,Fe,Zn low levels of other trace elements,premature delivery,cesarean section and artificial feeding were independent risk factors for repeated respiratory infections in children(P<0.05).Conclusion The deficiency of serum Ca,Fe,Zn and other trace elements is closely related to recurrent respiratory tract infection in children,and is an independent risk factor for recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.In addition to premature delivery,cesarean section,artificial feeding and other factors,attention should also be paid to the necessity of supplemental trace elements.
