综合康复护理在耐药性骨关节结核术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复护理在耐药性骨关节结核术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取郑州市第六人民医院80例耐药性骨关节结核手术患者(2019年6月至2020年12月),应用简单随机化分组方法,常规组40例接受常规术后护理,研究组40例于常规组基础上联合综合康复护理。比较两组干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自我效能感(GSES)评分、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分及护理满意度。结果与常规组比较,干预后研究组SDS、SAS评分较低,SF-36评分较高(P<0.05);两组护理满意度比较,研究组(95.00%)高于常规组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论耐药性骨关节结核术后应用综合康复护理,能有效减轻患者负性情绪,提高自我效能感及生活质量,提升护理满意度,在临床工作中具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive intervention nursing in postoperative nursing drug-resistant bone and joint tuberculosis.Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients for drug-resistant bone and joint tuberculosis that were admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into conventional group and study group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions and patients in the study group received routine nursing interventions in combination with comprehensive nursing interventions.The scores for self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),36-item short form health survey scale(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after the interventions in the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,SDS and SAS scores were lower and SF-36 scores were higher in the study group after intervention(P<0.05).Comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups,the study group(95.00%)was higher than the conventional group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions in postoperative patients for drug-resistant bone and joint tuberculosis can effectively reduce patients,negative emotions,improve self-efficacy and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is of great significance in clinical work.
