摘  要:为了提高黄铜的装饰效果和使用性能,采用硫代硫酸钠-醋酸铅双组份发黑液对黄铜工件进行发黑处理.采用耐3%硫酸铜溶液腐蚀时间和耐恒重摩擦次数指标研究了发黑液成分和工艺参数对发黑膜质量的影响,并应用扫描电子显微镜观察薄膜的微观形貌.当硫代硫酸钠和醋酸铅浓度均为0.5 mol/L,发黑处理温度80℃,着色时间3 h时,可在黄铜试样表面形成外观质量优异的均匀致密发黑膜,且发黑膜具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和耐磨性能.A two-component blackening solution consisting of sodium thiosulfate and lead acetate was used to blacken brass workpieces to improve the decorative effect and performance.The corrosion resistance time of 3%copper sulfate solution and constant weight friction times were used to study the influence of the composition of blackening solution and process parameters on the quality of blackening film,and the microstructure of the film was observed by scanning electron microscope.Uniform and dense blackening film with excellent appearance quality,corrosion resistance and wear resistance were prepared when the concentration of sodium thiosulfate and lead acetate were 0.5 mol/L,the blackening temperature was 80℃and the coloring time was 3 h.
