摘 要:目前世界各国都面临着能源危机和环境污染的问题,我国正积极推动电力市场改革。随着新能源大量并入电网,其出力具有不确定性甚至是反调峰特性,这给电力系统调峰带来了挑战,需要探索一种基于负荷响应的调峰方式。文章主要研究以并网点电压补偿为基础的调峰控制策略,当负荷波动或故障引起系统发生功率缺额时,并网点的储能系统进行有功功率调节、参与调峰。采用PSASP进行仿真验证上述策略的有效性,通过模拟负荷波动,对算例中储能系统参与调峰过程进行仿真,通过分析其对电网电压特性、频率特性的影响,说明上述模型能有效提高电网调峰能力,提高系统消纳新能源的发电出力并减少成本。At present,all countries in the world are facing the problem of energy crisis and environmental pollution,and China is actively promoting the reform of the electricity market.With the large number of new energy integrated into the power grid,its output has uncertainty and even reverse peak regulation characteristics,which brings challenges to the peak regulation of the power system,and it is necessary to explore a peak shaving method based on load response.This paper first introduces energy storage technology and classification,and studies its role in different locations of the power grid.Then the existing peak shaving mode in China was introduced and the advantages and disadvantages were compared one by one.Finally,the optimal control strategy of distributed energy storage to participate in power grid peak regulation is established for simulation.In this paper,the peak shaving control strategy based on the voltage compensation of the grid point is studied,and when the power shortage occurs in the system due to load fluctuation or fault,the energy storage system of the network is active power adjustment and participates in peak regulation.PSASP is used for simulation to verify the effectiveness of the above strategy,by simulating load fluctuations,simulating the participation of the energy storage system in the study in the peak shaving process,and analyzing its impact on the voltage characteristics and frequency characteristics of the power grid,the above model can effectively improve the peak regulation capacity of the power grid,improve the power generation output of the system to absorb new energy and reduce the cost.
