摘 要:从20世纪80年代300 MW循环流化床锅炉燃烧技术在我国设计研发并投入商业运行以来,凭借低污染环保、高效能、煤种适应范围广、低负荷稳燃不投油能力强、低床压、低床温、可实现灰渣的综合利用等优点,在电力行业中得到了高认可。但由于锅炉启动操作的方式和方法存在很大差异,其启动过程在整个锅炉安全经济运行方面起着决定性的作用。因此,如何有效减少300 MW循环流化床锅炉启动过程中启动用油的消耗量,保证锅炉安全、经济、快速启动成为关键。文章对300 MW循环流化床锅炉优化点火方式、节约启动用油进行研究与探讨。Since the combustion technology of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler was designed,developed and put into commercial operation in China in the 1980s,it has been highly recognized in the power industry with many advantages,such as low pollution and environmental protection,high efficiency,wide adaptability of coal types,strong ability of stable combustion without oil at low load,low bed pressure,low bed temperature and comprehensive utilization of ash and slag.However,due to the great differences in the ways and methods of boiler start-up operation,its start-up process plays a decisive role in the safe and economic operation of the whole boiler.Therefore,how to effectively reduce the consumption of starting oil during the start-up of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler and ensure the safe,economic and rapid start-up of the boiler has become the key.In this paper,the author studies and discusses the optimization of ignition mode and saving start-up oil of 300 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler.
