摘　　要：目标能够将人的需求转化为动机并朝着特定方向努力,具有较强的激励作用,对个人的发展极为关键。然而多数人制定的目标在实施后却发现目标达成度较低。针对该问题,提出一种个人目标达成度模型的形式化描述方法,首先定义了模型需要的符号,接着利用符号形式化描述了个人目标达成度模型并给出了模型的核心算法,最后通过一个《数据结构》课程慕课制作实例说明了模型的运行过程。提出的模型给出了个人在制定目标后的具体运行算法,并且为目标达成度的分析提供了理论支撑。Goals can transform people’s demands into motivation and work hard in a specific direction,which has a strong incentive effect and is crucial to personal development.However,most people find that the goal is hard to achieved.In this paper,a formal description method of personal goal attainment model is developed.Firstly,the symbols required by the model are defined,then the personal goal attainment model is formally described by symbols and the core algorithm of the model is given.Finally,an example of making a massive open online course for Data Structure course is given to illustrate the running process of the model.The proposed model gives the specific operation algorithm of individuals after setting goals,and provides theoretical support for the analysis of goal attainment.
