摘　　要：文章阐述了远动的概念;基于对发电站和变电所“三遥”状态量的管理与控制,概括了VB实现上下位机串口通讯的三种实现方法,不同于其他两种方法适应于复杂系统、运用广泛的特点,考虑本系统实现较简单、不复杂,系统采用了Mscomm控件实现CDT协议的串口通讯;并提出了下位机控制策略、上位机控制策略和上位机串口通讯初始化的配置方法、部分程序等,实验结果表明:该策略实现了系统的基本要求,有一定的实践参考价值。This paper elaborates Telecontrol concept;Management and control of Three remote state variables based on power station and substation,Three methods of realizing upper and lower computer serial communication with VB are summarized,Considering that the system is simple and uncomplicated,Different from the other two methods,they are suitable for complex systems and are widely used,the system uses MSComm control to realize the serial communication of CDT protocol;The lower computer control stategy and the upper computer control strategy are proposed andSelf-configuration method for serial communication initialization of upper computer、Parital programs,etc;The experimental results show that the strategy realizes the basic requirements of the system and it has certain practical reference value.
