摘　　要：近年来,拐卖人口犯罪已成为威胁社会稳定的重要问题,特别是受现实空间高压打击的影响和Tor软件服务等技术的支持,拐卖人口犯罪呈现出由表层网络向暗网空间发展的趋势,由此导致该犯罪呈现出犯罪主体组织化、集团化,犯罪对象扩大化、复杂化等新特征,给侦查工作造成了许多困境,如案件定性困难、情报信息共享系统不完善、反侦查行为明显等问题。对此,应从健全法律法规、完善情报信息共享系统、强化部门合作和国际警务合作、充分运用信息化侦查手段等方面加以努力以期有效侦控这一犯罪。In recent years,the crime of human trafficking has become a prominent problem threatening social stability.In particular,it is affected by the high-pressure attack in real space and technical support such as Tor software services,the crime of trafficking in human beings shows a trend of developing into a dark network space.Thereby leading to the crime shows the characteristics of collectivization and organization,the object is enlargement and complication,so it caused many difficulties to the investigation work.Such as case characterization is difficult,intelligence information sharing system is not perfect,and antiinvestigation behavior is obvious.In order to solve this crime effectively,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as perfecting laws and regulations,perfecting information sharing system,strengthening department cooperation and making full use of information investigation means.
