摘　　要：为进一步提高侦查活动的合法性。文章以中国综合社会调查2015年度数据进行统计分析,研究公安机关侦查活动的合法性与社区居民安全感的关系。公安机关侦查活动的合法性越高,社区居民的安全感越强。提出加强公安机关侦查活动合法性的对策与建议,即通过强化外部与内部监督,完善救济机制,保障侦查活动的合法性。To further improve the legality of investigation activities.This article uses the 2015 China Comprehensive Social Survey data for statistical analysis to study the relationship between the legitimacy of public security agencies’ investigative activities and the sense of security of community residents.The higher the legality of the investigation activities of the public security organs,the stronger the sense of security of community residents.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the legality of investigation activities of public security organs,that is,strengthen the legality and procedural awareness of investigators through law enforcement training,improve relevant policies and regulations,and ensure the legality of investigation activities.
