摘 要:本试验选取多年生骏枣为试材,设计不同浓度(30、60、90、120、150 mmol·L^(-1))的NaCl和NaHCO_(3)混合盐溶液来模拟南疆土壤盐碱复合胁迫环境,以清水为对照(CK),分析叶片形态和叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、细胞膜透性和渗透调节物质含量的变化,并利用隶属函数法进行耐盐碱性综合评价,以期为盐碱地种植骏枣提供参考。结果表明,随着混合盐浓度的增加,骏枣叶面积和叶绿素含量普遍下降,相对电导率及丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量逐渐增加,SOD、CAT活性及可溶性糖、有机酸和脯氨酸含量均呈先升后降的变化趋势,其中,SOD、CAT活性在60 mmol·L^(-1)混合盐处理下达到峰值,分别是CK的2.07、1.57倍;可溶性糖、有机酸含量则在90 mmol·L^(-1)混合盐处理下达到峰值,分别是CK的1.49、1.33倍;脯氨酸在120 mmol·L^(-1)混合盐处理下达到峰值。利用隶属函数法对其耐盐性进行综合评价,在0~150 mmol·L^(-1)混合盐处理下,骏枣植株均表现出较强的耐性,其中,60 mmol·L^(-1)盐碱胁迫下其保护机制运行较好。With Ziziphus jujube cv.Junzao as test material,the experiment was conducted with NaCl and NaHCO_(3) mixed solution at different concentrations(30,60,90,120 and 150 mmol·L^(-1))to simulate soil saline-alkali stress and with water as control(CK).Through analyzing leaf morphology,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzymes activities,cell membrane permeability and content of osmotic regulation substances,the tolerance of Junzao to saline-alkali stress was evaluated by membership function method in order to provide references for its cultivation in saline-alkali soil.The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the leaf area and chlorophyll content of Junzao generally decreased;the relative conductivity and the malondialdehyde and soluble protein contents gradually increased;the SOD and CAT activities and the soluble sugar,organic acid and proline contents all showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Among them,the SOD and CAT activities reached the peak at 60 mmol·L^(-1) of mixed salt solution,which were 2.07 and 1.57 times of CK,respectively;soluble sugar and organic acid peaked at 90 mmol·L^(-1),and were 1.49 and 1.33 times of CK,respectively;proline peaked at 120 mmol·L^(-1).Based on the membership function analysis,it was found that Junzao plants showed higher tolerance to saline-alkali treatments under 0~150 mmol·L^(-1) mixed salinity stress,and the protection mechanisms operated better under 60 mmol·L^(-1) salt stress.
