摘　　要：当前中西医对于糖尿病周围神经病变合并抑郁已经有了一定的认识,本文从流行病学、影响因素、中医治疗、西医治疗4个方面对糖尿病周围神经病变合并抑郁迄今为止的中西医研究进展进行综述,希望借此综述给临床治疗本病一些启发,以便更好的对患者进行个体化评估,重视患者的心理健康,为患者带来更好的医疗体验,减轻患者的痛苦。Current Chinese and western medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy with depression have a certain understanding,this article from the epidemiology,influencing factors and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine therapy for diabetic peripheral neuropathy with four aspects of depression it summarized research progress on Chinese and western medicine so far,hoping to review clinical treatment of this disease have some inspiration,in order to better individual assessment of patients,pay attention to the mental health of patients,bring better medical experience for patients,alleviate the pain of patients.
